Like most of the travel industry we have not been exempt from the devastating effects Covid-19 has brought us. Through it all we have and will stay committed to provide the best experience possible while following the health and safety guidelines that have been set forth. Because of the guidelines and precautions we are taking, things may be a little different than what you may be used to. So there are no surprises, we would like to fill you in on what changes you can expect during your stay.
Breakfast is one of the biggest trademarks of our property and will always be something we are proud of. For the time being, our breakfast will be considerably more condensed than the usual southern buffet. As part of our dedication to health and safety, we have decided that the best thing would be to have a breakfast that features grab and go items. All items, (with the exception of fresh fruit) will be individually packaged or wrapped to lessen the chance of cross contamination. We have worked very hard to continue to offer as many items and as much variety of hot and cold food items as possible. We look forward to offering our full menu as soon as possible and are looking into different options. In the meantime, we will continue to offer the best quality breakfast options possible. As of right now, all of our amenities are fully operating, with health and safety guidelines in effect. This means while our Pool, Bar, and Common Areas are open, we are sanitizing them as often as possible, and encouraging social distancing guidelines where applicable. We want everyone to be able to enjoy the beauty of our hotel, but we want everyone to be safe as well.
For the majority of the week our office will operate as usual, following health and safety guidelines, but in order to limit traffic we will be reducing the office hours on Sunday and Monday evening. Our offices will be closed starting at 10pm and reopen at 7am on these days. If you need to check in or are in need of immediate assistance, call the main number (256-236-0503) or call the number of the staff member on duty (which will be posted on the front door). Even though the front desk is closed, there will still be staff available on site 24/7/365 to assist you.
